Violet Skies Storm Cloud Purple Copper Basket Weave Fringe Earrings — Handmade Delica Beadwork

These handcrafted fringe earrings pair shifting violet and storm-gray beadwork with warm, hand-textured copper. Their muted, iridescent colors recall the last violet light beneath gathering clouds, when the sky changes from silver to lavender before a Pacific Northwest storm.

Intricate basket-weave beadwork in cream, black, charcoal, and muted gold forms a grounded geometric pattern beneath the copper accents. Long strands of violet-gray Delica beads create fluid movement below, catching subtle flashes of lavender, blue, and green as the light changes.

Lightweight despite their length, these earrings bring movement and quiet drama to natural fabrics, layered textures, and dark or neutral palettes. Each pair is woven and assembled by hand in my Pacific Northwest studio.
