Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident purchasing handmade work from Studio Henbane.

Returns or exchange requests may be made within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@studiohenbane.com with:

• Your order number

• The item you wish to return

• The reason for the return

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or commissioned pieces

• Personalized items

• Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
