Wild Current | Tourmaline & Copper Beaded Drape Necklace with Driftwood Pendant — Handmade

A weathered piece of foraged driftwood from the shores of the Salish Sea becomes the centerpiece of this one-of-a-kind necklace, wrapped by hand in warm copper and set with a trail of faceted tourmaline stones in shades of dusky pink, berry, moss green and deep forest.

A strand of tiny matte black and iridescent glass beads form the necklace, punctuated with natural tourmaline, copper accents and tiny antiqued brass bells. A second strand drapes loosely from the back of the neck, falling just below the collarbone, adding an organic, asymmetrical style.

The driftwood pendant retains all of the beautiful irregularities created by weather, water and time. Copper wire follows its natural contours, ending in a hand-formed spiral beneath the gemstones.

The necklace measures approximately 22" long, with an additional 8" draped strand, and closes with and adjustable handmade copper hook and chain closure.
